There's been earthquakes in California already!

There are always earthquakes in California. But there
will not be a 9.9 on the San Andreas fault because that
fault is not capable of an earthquake that strong. And
there won't be a tsunami in Southern California because
the San Andreas is on land, not under the sea.

Whatever happened with that extremely famous celebrity who
supposedly faked his own death? Did he show up on October 25
and I missed it? I didn't see that news. Did it happen?
