I went the other way, looking at those arms: SOMEONE FEED
HIM!!!!

Seems a tad ADHD but aren't we all? Can't help but think that
given the right encouragement -- positive reinforcement --
and bright, articulate child could sound this way.

But I posted these to make two points:

#1. The Facebook algorithm is evil, feeding me these. And it
was like a core dump! Seriously, like every other!

#2. I can't be quick to denounce people like your Bashar to
easily, because it is possible that they believe what they
say.

That is normal for kids to be like that. A couple years ago
a whale landed on the beach. This five year old kid was
the star of the show. I'm sure his dad must have been a
marine biologist. He was like an an adult, an expert on
whales by all means. The crowds gathered around him in
awe. He was nothing short of a little professor on marine
life!

I do not believe for one moment that the kid has any special
insights over & above the average kid. It is remarkable how
certain and at times consistent he is... how articulate.

I'm guessing he's just an above-average intelligence exposed
to this stuff his whole life, and perhaps coached for the
videos.

And ADHD, but that isn't an issue here... except for the
constant fidgeting.

so that should tell you something...
I think these numbers are picked to harness
