He is a sweet kid, but I wonder why people
post pictures of their kids on social media.
I would be afraid of unwanted attention.

You heard of the squirrel in New York, right?

Some guy took in a rescue squirrel, did social media,
had better than a half million followers. Later took
in a rescue racoon. Well, some "Do Gooder" complained
to the state, they raided his property, confiscated
the two animals and killed them.

I haven't the faintest idea why the name of the person
making the complaint is not public.

In America, supposedly, one "Right" is to face your
accuser. And as there is no such thing as a small
injustice, and complaints are often spurious and even
malicious, why protect them?

The lesson of course is: "Always assume the worst from
people."

Someone is such filth that they brought about the death
of animals because... because... why?

I saw something similar happen to a woman who took
in an injured raven and posted it on YouTube.
Well, I don't know if anyone came to get her,
but you should have seen all the nasty comments.

There's a youtube channel dedicated to an off-rid tiny house.

The man cherry picked not only the state but the county to
buy the land, searching for a lack of regulations, extending
him the greatest freedom in the project, and people from
different states called in complaints to local authorities!
One complaint came from a different time zone!

It's shocking how evil some people are, and it probably be
more shocking if they knew it.

OMG!!

This had me fooled!

I first thought the kid was human. But after he
"talked" I realized he's a more sophisticated lap
dummy controlled by his "mom" - she kept her mouth
mostly off frame so I suspect her ventriloquist
skills aren't refined enough to keep her lips from
moving.
Well, in any case, she did a damned good job animating
his arms, hands and head!
It was an amazing act so I thank you for turning us
onto it.
