She feels she's been railroaded by the prosecutor.

I don't know the details but it really does seem like
another rape of justice: Punishing someone because
they don't like him.

There have been plenty of accidents on set, people
shot, even people kid, and there's never been a
prosecution. Baldwin never ever represented himself
as a firearms expert. He was not not to know anything
about guns and there were several people whose
responsibility on set including ensuring that the
gun was safe BEFORE Baldwin ever touched it.

This is stupid, and it's going to change the film and
television industry -- already is changing it --
starting with taking production and all that money
somewhere else.

It's stupid. It's BAD public policy. It's BAD for the
economy and it's HORRENDOUS for what used to be our
justice system, this ad hoc lawfare...

I honestly can't see how this WASN'T murder: Intentional
sabotage. Yes, the armorer could still be guilty of
manslaughter because if there was sabotage then it was
her job to make sure that it failed but, there's still one
or more murderers running free.
